Well…I had just “assumed” and we all know what that meant..when I answered your earlier question. When I convert your MM to inches then i now realize you have a tiny 2′ x 2′ x 3′ refrigerator. We call that a “dormitory” size refrigerator. Unless you have a super engineered make and model then all that unit will do is turn the contents “cold”. It will NOT draw off the moisture being released by the meat which IS CRITICAL!!!
Even adding a tiny fan will NOT work!
