First of all – NO the meat is not ruined!!!
Secondly – yes you either have a hole in the bag or the seal was not good. You can either re-bag it in a new one if you wish. OR – when you have the time determine where the leak has come from. You may be able to just reseal it or place a piece of tape on the hole. After that determination please let me know and I can tell you what to do next.
