You can bag the frozen meat in my dry; however, it may take two weeks for the quick moisture release from the frozen need to catch up to the moisture release of these on my dry. You should leave the meat untouched on the open wire rack until the moisture reduces and the bond between meat and UMAi Dry membrane begins to be secure.
