In regards to your first answer to the two top sirloin roasts that I put in the same bag, just curious, what do you mean by bacteria that could happen at the butt ends? Also just to clarify I followed the clean transfer method so those two pieces went into the UMAi bag without touching outside. Would the bacteria issue possibility still exist if I used the clean transfer method?
