Thanks for responding! The fridge is in the basement of an old house in Iowa. It’s been very cold here for the last 2 weeks. That might be part of it. I’m not sure how old the refrigerator is…. came with the house. I’d say it’s less than 15 years old. Ok so big question. Is the brisket still ok or do I start over? It seems to be bonded well to the bag.
