While it is loose and will become even more so as the meat dry and shrinks I think you are OK. I always wish people would not believe they have to have a perfect vacuum when using a UMAi Dry® bag. Likewise a vacuum sealer is not needed! I’ve posted my no-sealer method many times and I always cringe when people start out using 2 or more bags when that is not necessary!
