Thank you Ron. Eventhough i have been reading lots of your comments stating no perfect vacuum needed, i could not help it. Consider it personal stubbornness 🙂

One last questin regarding the foldin issue, i know that you say leave the meat alone but do you think that folding it decrease humidty-oxygen exchange on that area? Should i unfold it?
