Leave it as it is. UMAi Dry is not a vacuum bag. The meet is losing moisture and shrinking. As it shrinks it will pull away from the UMAi membrane. The bond between the membrane and the surface of meat will release. It is not a problem.
Most important, realize you cannot apply UMAi Dry to a dry surface. You must have the moisture on the meat to bond with UMAi Dry membrane. Rebagging now represents a misunderstanding of how the UMAi Dry bag works.
