Yes I will get a thermometer tomorrow for the fridge. Doesn’t smell bad at all. Just has a slightly beefy smell to it. Slowly crusting everyday. But I agree with you . I think the frigdge is not cold enough. Would a transfer to another fridge be ok or another usb fan suffice. Thanks for your help Ron. Much appreciated.
