I’d read about that before and found it almost spooky! OTOH I’m now into grinding my own hamburger! My grinding has even rubbed off on my b-i-l who had me grind up 8 pounds of sirloins and rib eye steaks for him last week! Even with those cuts I was selective on what got trimmed away. I bet EVERYTHING goes into processed hamburger from the stores!
