I pulled the loin out of the bag this morning (bag bond was STRONG) and cut it into doublewides, as RRP has shown us.
Excuse me…where and what are you referring to? I have posted my preference to making big chunks of rib eye (prime rib) but have never said to do that with pork, nor have I ever suggested trying to age pork. OK?
