Hi Claydon, no those were before I sealed hem. They are just in oose plastic bags.
So I sealed the two Striploins no problem, they fit. I was able to seal 1 Sirloin with no cutting,and it was very hard to fit it in the bag, very tight, but I made it fit.
The other sirloin I had to remove the top half and it fit no problem. I will be buying some Brisket Bags for future Sirloin.
I didn’t end up aging the three steaks from the top part, so we had a nice surprise steak for lunch, very good!
