Peace Ron. I’m just a contrarian. Years ago my mother said “Ray, It dosen’t have to be the way it’s supposed to be, It can be better.”. I just wish more people would put their two cents in because this is a great way of making good steak into great steak. So anyone out there that’s worried that they will screw it up and waste beef or get sick, well just try it. And let us know what you’re doing..
