Kenn, Welcome aboard fellow Drybagger!!! I’m not being critical of you, but saying this for other readers who come along…why did you waste 4 bags? Instead use that first bag and keep practicing with it until you get the hang of it. As for the small air pockets you describe and the fact that no more have developed if it were me I would leave well enough alone. I’d also suggest not handling the meat during the aging as that could disturb the bag/meat bond. Good luck and keep us posted on your results! Ron
