Houston…the meat is in the fridge! Update- My beautiful wife and I managed to get the prime into a bag and successfully, with the help of a leg of panty hose, make the package appear to have been processed by someone that knew what they were doing. On the 22nd of November (after 14 days) we will see the results. I will take pictures at the midway point and post.
As a side note- I’m going to make an attempt at manufacturing a UVO from cutting board material. If it works out I’ll post the process here on the forum.
Lastly, has anyone ever tried to do venison? My wife and I consume a good amount of venison each year (naturally all predicated on my hunter gathering skills). Input will be greatly appreciated.
Remember our Brother and Sister Warriors that stand unwavering sentinel for our great Nation. Without them there would be no US in USA. Until you’ve folded a flag and handed it to a loved one you can only imagine the sacrifice our brave men and women have given. I love my country! God Bless us all. Respectfully, Jim

For those of you wondering why the soundtrack is familiar…it’s from the movie Glory.
