Hey Jerry,
Nice place to hang out in the winter. You really shouldn’t have any trouble getting the bond the vacuum sealer should be able to draw the juices back out of the meat. If the meat is too dry then you can moisten it with some clean water.
We do have quite a few customers in Mexico but haven’t heard anything specific about Mexican beef.
We hear they sell lots of US beef down there in Costcos.
