Thanks, thats kind of what I was figuring. It just wasn’t obvious as the meat fit just fine in the bags…there just was either very little or no slack on one side like I’ve had other times. I guess the lesson learned is that if there isn’t a bit of slack on one side, the bag is too small. Didn’t even think about it until this morning though…good lesson to know for next time.
