Bob, I can see just the corner of a wire rack under the meat and I’m suspect that the bag may have become stuck to it and then when you may have moved it to inspect that was enough to tear a tiny hole to release the vacuum. Like I said a small amount of air can happen during drying due to shrinkage, but in your case you have too much. Now you can carefully inspect the bag for a leaking point or two, but still this early on into the aging process if it were me I’d start with a new bag. OTOH you never mentioned your intended again period so if you are already just a week away then leave it alone, but otherwise if you were going say 45 days I’d re-bag.
