I did. I was able to find 2 or 3 recipes online and sort of did a hybrid.
Recipes call for A LOT of fat! The Nduja only lost a very very small percentage of weight ( I have one piece still in the fridge after 4 months and it has still not lost any weight).
The consistency and taste was not even close to what I remember Nduja to be. It’s been several years since I have eaten it. I also could not find Calabrian powder so instead used a mixture of pepper powders that were available.
I will hunt to find the exact recipe I used so that you do not use it!!
I would love to hear if anyone else tries it and has any more success.
