Seems a little strange to be asking for Vegan recipes or advice on a Beef Aging forum. Somehow I don’t think putting raw carrots and celery in a Drybag is going to help you. Most Vegans are pretty one minded, they really don’t even want the food sitting on the same cutting board with meat let alone have any animal products or even derivatives including dairy and eggs or serving food on bone china.
