Sorry to hear this and obviously I’m in no position to know why, but I do have a question. How did you cook them? Dry aged beef cooks much quicker and a well done steak will taste terrible in my opinion as it will be dry and tough! Also is this your first attempt at dry aging at home? Dry aged beef has a nutty/earthy taste to it compared to “grocery store red”. Ron
