You can cut the bag to size to wrap and tie it, but don’t have too much overlapping of the bag because it may slow down the drying process in those areas. Start in the middle and work your way towards each end (like a butcher ties a roast), then turn 90 degrees and tie diagonally from each long end (make an “X”) and then once more straight down the middle. Inspect to see if there are any loose spots and add more string as needed.
