Here in Australia I buy my netting from Italians that import lots of olive and wine making hobbyist gear. They also sell genuine Italian made netting in all sizes and 2 different strengths, Std and Heavy Duty as well as other sausage making gear, all extremely good quality.
I bet you have some of these guys in the US doing exactly the same thing.
By the way, I always buys full rolls of the netting and other gear after the salami season is finished in our southern states. Here in the tropics I make it when I have spare time as cold days for curing outside is unheard of.
