Welcome to the forum. Don’t take the chance trying to seal UMAi Dry with this sealer. It will be frustrating and next to impossible. While the older automatic sealers that you saw in the video could be manipulated to some degree, this one is totally dedicated to sealing leftovers using Foodsaver bags.
Try to find a simple “manual lid and latch” sealer to seal UMAi Dry. It will save you a lot of frustration and wasted effort.
