@ Nepas, Yes my wine cellar/cheese cellar has a compressor. 😉
But yes I’ll stick to the frost free fridge since it worked the first time.
Very impressed with the Umai. I’ll bring some to my friends at the weekend so they may try. Making salami and charcuterie in a hot climate, a dream come true!
I’ll Umai myself, see if I loose a few pounds! :laugh:
