I considered installing a small muffin fan with 110v power, but my small GE cooler is doing will without it. I have to open the door occassionally to reset the temp controller is my only problem. Its now down to 33F using a external remote temp/humidity thermometer.
I have a unproven hunch that a added cirulator fan may hasten the curing time with moisture evaporation.
Like the drying affect of a floor fan on a wet floor.
