No worries, you did not mess up. The meat and the set-up looks good, a few air pockets are not a problem. UMAi Dry is not a vacuum bag, it allows moisture to come through as well as oxygen for aging. You may see more separation from the bag as the meat shrinks.
I would recommend forgetting about it for a few weeks and letting it do its thing. Please post a picture of it cut into steaks at the end of aging.
