A quick reply for RRP and yourself..
If I can remember a camera, I will take a few photos and ask the big question of How?? I don’t think they have a in store dry age and buy the meat fresh cut from selected hanging beef from a local locker source. But you can be assured, I will tell them about dryaging.. 😉
