Welcome aboard! Those are looking fine. There appears to be some air in there but nothing to be concerned with. BTW the fat caps will change color very little during aging. It is the meat that turns dark not the white fat. In the future if you copy and paste the photo bucket line that is labeled IMG then your pictures will show up without having to click on the link. You can edit your post yourself if you wish. Ron
