4 weeks. My environment is cool and steady at around 50degs but the humidity changes with the day-to-day rain or no rain. Even with the case hardening the remaining chubs are drying out nicely. My Fibrous casings are showing incremental weight lose each day. Next year I might have to look into purchasing a humidifier.
