Of course it would happen this way, after I checked it again yesterday the bag did catch on the rack I had placed in the fridge and I could tell air had gotten into it by this morning so I peeled it and cut it up…. not the 6-8 weeks I planned but still OFF THE HOOK DELICIOUS! Got 2 more going and those will hit the target dates!
