Bag lost seal and I’m out of bags

As I said before UMAi Dry® is not a vacuum bag, you do not need vacuum. All you need is to have 75-80% of the meat surface to have contact with the bag for the first few days. You didn’t have to take the other piece out. You could just force the air out by hand and tape the bag shut. The bag will release with time anyway.
