Well without seeing a picture or two it’s hard to assess for you! Just the same as I preach all the time…bag the meat, place it on a rack and then leave it alone! Every time you pull it out you risk disturbing the contact the bag has made plus the chance of tearing it. If it looks ok laying there to you then leave it alone – is my advice! Ron
