Problem solved for the future! Today I started this nice ribeye on it’s road to glory! Even after trimming the hard fat it weighed in at 16 pounds. You can see I’m still using my “raft” to get the air out and I did get a great vacuum and seal with my Sinbo.


Now to sit back and chalk off the next 45 days or maybe 60 days if I can wait that long!
