If it is truly green color, I recommend opening up the bag and smelling the meat to see if it is spoiled. Having been in the UMAi Dry® bag for just one day it should look bright red in color. In the picture the meat looks very dark, which makes me wonder about its original condition. I would take it back to the store where you purchased it.
