No prime sub-primals to be found in my neck of the woods – however, the 16 pound rib eye I have aging now was choice. It came from SAMS and I had about a dozen to choose from. A close scrutiny of the end caps allowed me to find a real nicely marbled one. I’d say it was Choice+++ or even Prime- that slipped through the cracks and I’m sure I’ll be happy! I’m just 10 days into a planned 45 day aging.
