I haven’t tried the Costco Prime yet but that is my next plan as soon as I can get some space in the Freezer. (still loaded with over 50 pounds of Halibut and Salmon from last years trip, plus about 40 pounds of German Ring Sausage I made last fall) I think I will cut off a couple Rib Eye steaks and try them without aging and then age the rest so I have a direct comparison.
