Can you use the bags for aging cheese — I don’t want to age cheese in the sausage but use the bags for cheese only — since the concept of aging cheese is similar, instead of waxing, these bags should do the same thing — others have said not to use regular vacuum sealer bags because they don’t allow for gases to escape where as these would — I love the product for aging steaks and hope that I can adopt these for my cheese making — thank you!!!
