Refrigerator in a Cold Garage = Disappointment

There is noting to figure out, we bought a $199 Starter kit, put a $200.00 whole Ribeye in an Umai bag, put it in a perfectly working fridge we bought in 2012 that remained at exactly 36 degrees the entire time and we checked it daily and 29 days later, we threw away a $200.00 spoiled Ribeye. Pretty Simple. Bags don’t work. Company doesn’t back product and takes it s another level to mock us online because Maureen thinks its amusing that we lost $400.00. She did offer me a refund on the bags if I return the 1 I have left. She’s stand up like that.
