That does pose a bit of a problem as the UMAi Bag does have a better chance to adhere quicker if the meat surface is moist, but it is not necessary. You could dampen it with clean water misted on, BUT you do run some potential risk of adding bacteria from the water. If it was me I’d just go ahead and put the meat in dry.
