Glad to hear that! Just be aware that with a boneless prime rib there will be peaks and valleys where the bone was removed. As your meat dries there will be come air appear in the valleys, but that is nothing to worry about.
How long do you plan to age it? At 15 pounds initially my personal recommendation is at least 35 days though 42 or 45 are even better.
