“IN” the meat around the inner fat scares me a bunch! I can not suggest eating that – sorry! Thing is meat internally is actually sterile! My guess is that meat was blade tenderized using bacteria laden blades. It’s gross and dangerous! Had someone purchased that and consumed it shortly thereafter then heat would have killed or at least neutralized that bacteria, but left to age inside the meat it multiplied. Better pitch it then end up with food poisoning!
