Sorry I missed the dinner invite….I must have been out of town. Wait a minute- I AM OUT OF TOWN! I was looking at your wonderful pictures and was slightly overcome by Aged-Bovine Dementia. I wouldn’t swear to it but for a moment I could smell something grilling… My batch of 14-day-old ribeyes go under the knife tomorrow. More to follow and congrats on your beef project! Hawk
