Hello, Mark.
Funny, we just drafted a long email response to your inquiry in this regard earlier this fine Sunday!!
Though USPS Priority Mail International is stated to be generally 7 to 10 days, that refers only to receipt in the country of the customer. The Customs protocols of each country can add considerable and variable time to the delivery.
We have found that Australia was usually within two weeks; however, the past month or so there have been significant and abnormal delays in receipt of shipment by Aussie customers. We have not way of knowing why or where the hang-up is in delivery.
Earlier this summer we had some big delays to our dear neighbor to the north, Canada, but that turned out to be due to a postal strike (Yikes! That has happened in the U.S. in my lifetime!). Occasionally, there is a shipment that gets held up in Customs in one country or another, but this delay in Australia appears to be with all customers to whom we have shipped this month.
Orders shipped between the 4th and 9th have just been received in the past couple of days. Your order was posted the 18th, so I suspect you may have to wait another week or so.
You can use the delivery confirmation number that was provided with your order, or that we have sent again in the email response.
Anyone else who has experienced more than a two week delay in receipt of your order, please pipe in and help us better understand the time it takes for packages to reach you.
Kind regards,
Thea
