I had not heard of it before – but that doesn’t mean much! – I googled DZ-300A and found a couple short YouTube clips – that model unlike the one you pictured looks just like a Sinbo and appears to work the same way. It appears to be made in China and looks like a Sinbo in sheep’s clothing maybe. Here’s that site:
