JB, thanks for jumping in with your opinion. That alone is what makes this forum a work in progress and a valuable source. As you have already replied then IMHO common sense should prevail, meaning it should be stored in the refrigerator after opening. OTOH I wish someone would teach me the trick of self control so I don’t sit down with a sharp knife, some cheese, some crackers and an apple or pear and eat most all of these wonderful efforts!
