Storage for dry cured salami

Norm, Welcome to our forum! I have to wonder why you want to store it so long? Most people end up so happy with their results that they eat it all and/or share their wonderful results with relatives or friends unless they secretly consume it all themselves! OTOH are you going on an extended trip or something? If so I suggest you enjoy it now, or give it away rather than trying to store it that long. Ron
