JimThe UMAi Dry comes with instructions and the temp in the fridge should run between 34-38F. That is safe enough to store milk and other perishable foods.
Obviously if the temp in the fridge is 50F meat will rot and milk will spoil and the fridge will take that gym sock aroma regardless of whats in it. Not sure what use this fridge has.
Aging frozen meat is also not the brightest idea.
Properly working fridges are available everywhere these days, surely you can find a fridge that can maintain 34-38F. Any full size refrigerator works, as long as it operates properly.
