Initial weight minus weight equals weight loss
Take weight loss times 100
Then take that number and divide by initial weight. This gives you the percent weight loss
Example
311 – 244 = 67
67 x 100 = 6700
6700 / 311 = 21.543
I round up to 22% weight loss
Or
Weight / initial weight = percent left x 100
Example
244 / 311 = 0.784 x 100 = 78.456
So if you take 100 – 78 you get 22
