As for Sausage Stuffers, sure the LEM Grinder will work. With its big bite auger, it pushes meat through right now!.
Many years ago, I bought one of those large Horn Shaped Sausage Stuffers that can be bolted to a work table.
I thought I was making a good move, but honestly it was a PITA to use, junk. Meat was bypassing the lever operated Ram, and was a real mess to work with.
I know at some point in my future, I’ll probably buy something like an upright canister with Gear Driven Crank and Lid design.
